Welcome to the DOM photo and video scheduling tool.

Schedule a Headshot Appointment at Studio (Default)
Availability: Tuesday & Thursday, 9am - 3pm and Wednesday 8am to 4pm.
Location: Studio at 2145 University Ave. Review/proofing onsite and free parking directly outside building. ~10/15 min walk from UW Hospital.

Drop-in Headshot at MFCB (No need to schedule)
Availability: 3/10 from 10am to 12pm & 3/22 from 9am to 12pm
Location: UW Medical Foundation Centennial Building (MFCB) at 1685 Highland Ave in the 1st floor lobby. Offers quick access to staff already at the hospital location. No parking is available.

Standard Headshot / Portrait w/backdrop

15 minutes

Used as the standard photo for DOM and UW Health web directory. This will not be used for ID cards. We will update DOM and send the photo to UW Health

Feature or Environmental Portrait (on location)

30 minutes

Often used for Vital Signs stories and other portraits without backdrop

Event or Topic Specific Photo Shoot

1 hour

Often used for websites, campaigns, brochures / print media, or other large projects

Video Shoot (Interview, footage, etc)

1 hour

Production Meeting

Short Meeting (Phone/Zoom)
